Murakami Chair, the rocking chair that generates energy

Really clever idea, that American Rochus Jacob, an idea that begins with a reflection on kinetic energy that releases your body every day, even in the most common and seemingly unnecessary movements such as rocking in a chair.

Murakami Chair is in fact a rocking chair that can store the energy of product movement throughout the day from its users, and then use it to turn the light OLED is an integral part of the structure. This project won the Green Life website launched last summer.
