Whatever your religion or your secular spirit, you will probably agree to see that this has arcihtettura its ability to inspire a sense of contemplation.
Called with the name suggestive of Rainbow Church, the installation created by Korean designer Tokujin (already on Designerblog for its installation for Hermès) plays with light to recreate the rainbow burst into a neutral space and emptiness. The effect is achieved by using a large window, 8 meters high, built with 500 crystal prisms.
The inspiration was a reference distance, at least from the geographical point of view: the Chapelle du Rosaire in Vence, fully designed and decorated by Matisse, famous for its stained glass floral blue, green and yellow.
