Unique atmosphere of the Side Hamburg hotel

The eight-storey glass body of the Hamburg Hotels Side, with its imposing 24 meter high atrium is located in the heart of Hamburg, near the Inner Alster between goose market and Hamburg State Opera. The interior of the Sides was designed by the Milanese architect Matteo Thun. For the lighting concept, which relies on many, computer-controlled different colors of light, light of the New York choreographer Robert Wilson is responsible. The result is a mixture of light colors and materials – particularly glass – which creates a very unique atmosphere. The restaurant of the hotel building on the color green, is matched by the welcoming cocktail of the house. Those who still desire (and money) is capable of various pieces of furniture, which developed Matteo Thun, the hotel exclusively for acquiring in-house shop.
