In the category “featherlite”, here is a new chair that will be presented by the English designer, stationed in London and Merano (as Gamper?), Harry Thaler at the upcoming London Design Week. Pressed aluminum, made from a sheet just 2.5 mm thick, this “Pressed Chair” seems to be able to support easily, without any kind of joint or additional reinforcement, the weight of its users.

Thaler says: “At the structural elements in a separate two dimensions are able to create a chair that goes beyond the limits and includes the use of raw materials. The chair is light enough to be lifted with two fingers”. On show at the Trueman Brewery September 23 to 26.
