Factory Collection by 18Faubourg at Maison & Objet 2010

18Faubourg is a French brand of design that has chosen to produce innovative and luxurious furnishings, starting with a common denominator, consisting of material that has marked our transition to the contemporary world: plastic. Declined in many ways, the plastic is not only dignified but also experienced in all its forms from 18Faubourg.

At Maison & Objet, I was fascinated by the most basic forms, but still wanted the Factory Collection, a series of furnishings which reflect a new thinking and adapt indoor that is outdoors.

Part of the line Frankfort Factory, a highly innovative series of chairs: the materials used are always plastic, but the new bill and reflect light in a particular way, making it appear over the surface “of course” glossy. The meeting shows up unexpectedly soft and can accommodate up to two people! The various chairs are distinguished by the back, in different solid colors or patterned, as in the case of Frankfort Factory Streamline.

The collection also part of a coffee table, an ottoman and a footrest, respectively, T-Coffee Factory, Puf Feet Factory and Factory.
