Eco-shower with plants that filter water

Saving water for the shower that already used purification through the use of plants. This concept developed by Jun Yasumoto, Vincent Vandenbrouk Olivier Pigasse and The Alban Henry to reduce the waste of water in the bathroom. All using very little energy and producing oxygen through the growth of the green.

The dirty water is in fact conveyed in a hydraulic system that comes in contact with plants-water lilies and rushes-starting a process of phyto-purification. Many steps of filtering: the sand where they planted the reeds makes a first, rough cleaning, followed by one performed by different types of roots, each of which can remove various components such as heavy metals and bacteria.

A concept that deserves further consideration, both for its undeniable usefulness, both for the aesthetics of the combination between health and green. Not even like you, in fact, take a shower surrounded by plants?
