A loft of 65 square feet in a former bar

This apartment is housed on the ground floor of a building, in a room originally used as a bar. The owner, a designer of Studio Mill-House, has grasped the potential and transformed it into a house of 65 square meters to the millimeter exploited with high-impact solutions that also seek to retain the most of the little natural light in the local benefits.

The apartment is on two levels: first in the kitchen and hallway, all the other rooms in the second, designed as a large open space without dividing walls, where only a shower and toilet are independent.

I prefer the contrast of colors used with white light: green and blue for the living room, red for the wall which makes private toilet and shower. The rest of the bathroom, however, remains open as the whole environment.

Many of the solutions used for the furnishings are made using Ikea furniture.
