This spectacular renovated villa from Touzet Studio is located on a private island resort in Miami Beach, just across the ocean.
The interiors show characters: almost certainly informal and friendly environment day, where the conversation area is made visually by the contrast between the crisp white sofas and red accessories (such as pillows and plants), dining area and kitchen, divided by the area conversation by a small wall that lets light and look expresses a decidedly contemporary taste, almost minimal design, thanks to materials like steel, and calm and square lines.
Formal and elegant, with references to the past in massive headboards, night areas, but the desire to reinterpret the exclusivity of key absolutely modern. Real spa, the “bathrooms” are striking for the considerable size and the accuracy of luxurious details.
