Paper House, kiosks design in London

Municipalities of London’s Royal Kensington and Chelsea decided to give a new face to some corners of their streets.

To replace the old shrines in fact, considered ugly and anonymous, the two districts have asked Heatherwick Studio, known design studio, to create new ones.

Paper House were born then, structures of wood and glass with brass inserts, complete with internal display and completely resealable, like cocoons at night.

Now the newsstands these areas of London are not as anonymous, but are enhanced by a design perfectly integrated in the urban context.
