New Concept Store And Trading Museum Building Designed By MVRDV In Tokyo

The fashion designer, founder of Comme des Garcons, Rei Kawakubo, has recently opened a new concept store within the building Gyre Building designed by MVRDV in Tokyo.
As the name suggests, the Trading Museum is distinguished by its ability to synthesize two different uses, one of the shop and small museum area. Idea returned well from the layout, the composition must very rhythmic use of fine wood caskets that Kawakubo has even bought the Victoria & Albert Museum.
