Dream apartment in Soho

The architects of Delson or Sherman Architects transformed two overlying apartments in Soho dream into a living unit. Before the lower floor was set with a steel construction, a stem that was inserted deep into the ground in order to gain more ceiling height. The interior also creates a more level, on which there is the open kitchen. On the stem there is a roof terrace. The porch at the front end with an open fireplace in the garden for the lower garden.
